Meet The Teacher!
Mrs. Jessica Walker
Hello! My name is Jessica Walker.
I have an Early Childhood Education degree from Tennessee Wesleyan University with a Masters in Mathematics through Western Governors University. I have taught 6 years in public school in Monroe and Loudon Counties, and also two years at private Christian schools( Cross Creek Christian and Valley Christian).
I have lived in Monroe County for the past 12 years- 10 of them being in Sweetwater. I am an active member at Fairview Baptist Tabernacle. I love helping with both the youth and the children ministries.
I have been married to my husband Josh, who is a teacher at SHS, for 15 years. We have 3 beautiful daughters, Kenzie (SJHS), Payson (BIS), and Jordyn(SES). We love spending time together hiking and camping. Sweetwater is our home and I am looking forward to pouring into each student that is placed in my classroom.
