Meet The Teacher!
Mrs. Jaurdin Scammel
I have been teaching for 7 years, the last 3 have been at SJHS. I enjoy the relationships with the students, parents, and educators of the Sweetwater community. I went to the University of Texas where I earned an Associatests of Teaching, Bachelors in Organizational Leadership and a Master's Degree in Teaching.
I have 5 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 hermit crabs. I enjoy spending time with my family my husband, two kids, and nanny. My favorite animal is a Llama. The inspiration for me to become a teacher were kids who needed a positive adult.
